Does the top of my mouth look weird?

It's been bothering me like it's pretty sore but today I woke up and it feels like when you sit in the bathtub too long and your fingers get all wrinkly. Still a tiny bit sore but definitely not as bad as when I ate captain crunch yesterday. (terrible idea)(my mouth was already sore before the captain crunch so it was not that) I was hitting my friends vape and I smoke weed so there's that.
